Once items have shipped, we are no longer responsible for them. If your order is not received, please contact your local post office or local carrier and file a lost package claim. If you order is received damaged, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

If your package is lost or stolen due to a carrier issue, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

If your package is not received due to customer error (incorrect address provided, etc.), no refund will be issued and you will need to place another order to replace the item(s).
