Refunds, replacements, or returns will be issued/accepted in the event of receiving an incorrect item or a product defect. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to submit proof of product defect or proof of incorrect item received.
No returns, refunds, or replacements will be issued if the product breaks due to being worn/tied incorrectly (ie: not properly securing your knot, tying your strand too tightly, etc.)
No returns, refunds, or replacements will be issued if the item does not fit due to customer error (ie: incorrect measurements, incorrectly tying strands, etc.).
To start a return, refund, or replacement request, please contact [email protected]. If your refund or return is accepted, your refund will be issued the same day. (Please note that each bank has different operations for processing returned funds. In the event of a delay in your refund, please contact your bank first.) If your replacement or exchange request is accepted, please allow 1-3 business days as these products are handmade.
Exchanges
If there is an event that requires a new product to be issued, you will not be required to return the defective or incorrect item since these items are wearable. Once proof of the defective or incorrect item is received, a new product will be shipped as soon as possible. No exchanges will be issued if the item does not fit due to customer error (incorrect measurements, incorrect item ordered, etc.).
